Remembering Slavery at The Museum of Science and Industry, Manchester
Manchester's economic success from the late eighteenth century onwards relied on its international trading links, particularly with the USA. An exhibition exploring this aspect of the history of the transatlantic slave trade was held at the Museum of Science and Industry from 18 August to 17 November 2007.
